I’m fairly new here, so certainly no authority, but the forum tends to emphasize forum discussions over private messaging, as discussions contribute to the life and vitality of the forum overall. Chances are if you have questions, other guys/ gals do too. Limiting PMs also focuses discussions away from dating service/ hookups, which I really appreciate. But I’m sure a mod will chime in with a more thorough response.
