Have you been having orgasms during anal with clitoral or vaginal stimulation? I think having orgasms while being anally penetrated is the first step. Once that is firmly established then you are ready to stop any vaginal stimulation and let your mind take over.
That’s a great suggestion. If clit stimulation helps achieve anal orgasm, that should be the first step.
When we discovered anal 6 years ago, she had anal orgasms with little to no clit stimulation. After six months or so, she used a vibrator and had even more intense anal orgasms.
