Rock songs which for me have an anal connection or implication

This is an immensely subjective topic, but has deep connection for me. Unfortunately, I seem to be unable to have music playing during intense sexual activity – the musical connections overwhelm my senses and takes over my sensors that should be focusing on orgasming!

It struck me this morning that a particular song, which I have been listening to for about a month, could be thought of in an anal way. “More” certainly could be thought of as “more anal please”. At 8+ minutes it is a long version of the song, “butt” what could be better for sex?

This song, “More”, comes from a band “The Sisters of Mercy” that could perhaps someday set a record for “the band that has been around the longest BUT that nobody has ever heard of”. The band formed in 1980 and still actively performs today, but I bet you have never heard of them. My read of the situation is that the band wanted to do what it wanted to do, instead of conforming to the demands of an album label, following a market, etc. They put the music and their sensibilities ahead of the usual financial considerations. That purity seems to come across (at least to me) in their music.

Do you really assume no one ever heard of the band who basically set the path for new wave and even goth music ?

Sisters of Mercy were big in the day, the collabration with Ophra Haza has given them a worldknow hit.

I will give More a listen if I have some uppertunity, cause I only listen to music on vinyl so only analogue systems in the house.

All I can tell you is that as an avid rock music listener in the U.S., I had never heard of the band. Perhaps I missed out on some of their hits back in the day, but since for much of their life, they have apparently gone their own way, without the traditional backing of a big record label, there penetration in the U.S. market was/is perhaps much less than in Europe or the UK.
