Sorry to bring this up but just wondered if anyone has experienced this from anal sex. My friend has recently given birth and she stated that her ass has fallen out, her words, not mine!! As far as I remember, the mum of my kids had this during pregnancy but it restored itself after. We only had anal sex during her second pregnacy.

I’m just going to suggest pelvic floor physical therapy. I didn’t have any prolapse, but it worked wonders for me and my stretched out pelvic floor!

In my personal experience of 35-40 years of solo anal use of very large toys, I have not had any prolapse issues.
This can be a serious medical condition for people who develop it, however, my understanding is that it seems to be a very individualistic occurrence and probably related to the individual’s underlying body and muscle structures and the individual’s predisposition. I have certainly heard of this post-pregnancy.
Did she have a vaginal birth and if so, was it long or difficult? In that case all that pushing pushes more than just the baby.
I hope your friend has been consulting with her doctors about the condition – but not immediately jump to surgical options. I hope she will also consult with physical therapists who regularly deal with this condition.

No prolapse issues with Mrs Colt. Once in a while she’ll show me her pretty pink insides but it never completely prolapses.

Some great advice her guys. Thank you. She has already begun focusing on her pelvic floor and is considering physio. I thing I was anxious that this might happen me as I hope to begin having children when I’m 24 / 25. My gym routine may need a review!

If you haven’t prolapsed after double or triple anal, I doubt it’s something you need to worry about.
I watched as Mrs Colt gave birth to our two children via C-section and joke that I know her inside and out. I don’t need to see her prolapse. I prefer what I call her cock sleeve (her rectum) to stay inside and wrapped tightly around my cock.

Advice to the young in this group… have children when you’re younger. You’ll have more time after they’re out of the house to enjoy each other without interruption. Wish we would have done it 5 years sooner.

Pregnancy is super hard on the pelvic floor in general. Working on your pelvic floor afterwards is essential, also after a c-section.
Pretty sure that was the problem, not anal sex.

Vaginal birth and getting old is the biggest reason that leads to anal prolapse and anal incontinence, so unfortunately it’s not uncommon at all. But some people love to put the fault in anal sex. About your friend, I’d love that she and her husband became anal only oriented and be part of the community. Wow, what’s the size of the biggest toy you ever used? I’ve seen a lot of camgirls and pornstars with anal prolapses, that type that seams controlled and that is not bigger than 3 cm. For what its worth, for decades I (a man) have enjoyed using “extremely large” anal sex toys. My introduction post has more detail, but let’s just say that most people could not imagine that toys that large (length or girth) could possibly fit. However, with years of “training” they fit very nicely, thank you very much – and they feel fabulous.
