The size is going to be whatever you’re comfortable with / have worked up to. In the beginning I used a plug about as big around as my finger. Now I’m using one that’s… I believe it’s 1.6 inch diameter at the widest point.
But plugging isn’t the same as anal masturbating and I honestly think if them as two separate “hobbies” that dovetail very nicely.
