I used to wear them some. I was a fan of wedges, low heels, or high spike heels with a platform.
Long story short, I’ve since quit wearing heels altogether and now opt for as minimalist and barefoot a shoe (or just plain barefoot) as much as possible. However, cleaning out things the other day, I still have 4 pairs I can’t quite give up. A modest three inch peep toe on dark red with a flower design on it that looks wonderfully retro, a pair of strappy sassy black heels, a fancy strappy black with shiny black beads running up the top of the foot, and a six or so inch pair of red satin peep toe sling backs with gold heels and gold platforms. The red and gold ones happen to match my red lingerie and occasionally make bedroom appearances. Now that I found the other three the other day though… they may also make bedroom appearances. Because I sure as heck can’t walk in them!
