the sentence “he only fucks my anal“ is a pun. it means

  1. when he’s fucking me, he fucks me only in my anal, not vagina.
  2. when he’s fucking other people, he won’t fuck their anal. my anal is the only anal he fucks.

both were true for us in past few years, but since last week the meaning 2 is no longer hold. it’s part of our relationship change.

I’m happy that now I can eat cum out of anal directly which has not happened for a long time. while the downside is, I’m a little bit less special.

Actually this isn’t the correct way to say it. It either “he only fucks me anally” or “he only fuck my asshole”. “My anal” doesn’t exist like that in English language.
