The jump to 2026 had been made. As a 55 years old man, to me time surely flies like hell.
In february I will become a grandad for the first time. My daughter said she was done waiting untill I was ready.
Past december, my wife and I reached our 4 years of anal only and everything points out we will stay anal only for life.
I am at a point in my life that I have all I wanted, I’m healty and so are my loved ones. We’re working hard and are putting many hours into it, only because we’re building our future.
Technically, if we add up the value of both our houses, we’re a milionaire couple. Practically the bank still owns half of it.

I stopped doing resolutions decades ago. You just have to live life without regrets.
I’m glad I did, too. Cause it brought me were I am now. There were many years in what I could have never imagined the amazing life I’m living with my wife. The typical “stuck in repeat” kinda life was my reality for so long.
Congratulations. It’s fun watching grandkids give their parents the same shit they gave us. It’s all the fun of parenting but without any of the responsibility. We just found out we’re going to have another grandchild, maybe two.
I’ll be 70 soon and life passes in a flash. Soak it all in because it’s a hell of a ride. Challenges along the way for sure, but overall, life is a better high than anything I consumed in the 70’s.
