personally, I’m quite undecided:
Two fav. postions for me (as the receiving fem.) - the first is with me bent over a sturdy table (I love picnic tables outdoors!) where I am really supported and cannot move, so that whoever is behind me can really thrust and shoot into me as hard as they want - this is one for when I just want raw, hard sex, to feel used and taken. We’re in very good shape for “senior anal-only citizens” but will we need to train rigorously to experience this position? Both start with the woman on her back. For anal I would strongly recommend having the ass at the edge of the bed.
For the oyster position you basically kneel before the bed, take her legs, lift them straight up and spread them a bit. That should be manageable by most. This should give you a lovely view of her pussy and ass. If the ass isn@t quite the right position, a pillow might help.
Pretzel starts the same, but now she takes her leg, from the inside, and bends them back as far as possible - which probably isn@t that far, but will result in a satisfying stretch and a very vulnerable feeling.
