The first time I learned about the anal only lifestyle was actually while looking for buttplug advice on Twitter. A creator named Bunny Butt Stuff said that she was anal only. Searching now, it looks like she’s not active anymore but I found some posts linking to her old content, so maybe you could find her archived somewhere? Unfortunately Bunny Butt Stuff’s mature contents removed all of her mature platforms and is no longer active for good 
however the amount of anal-obsessed content creators I seen on X is increasing and I have never been much more happier!

I only have experience from using xvideos.com.
There are some “anal women” who are “OnlyFans types” (and may actually also be on OnlyFans). They seem to have made a self-controlled profession from their anal porn activity, but are not part of “mainstream professional pornography” as you called it. (And I very much agree with you in terms of the non-professionals are much more enjoyable for me.)
