Taking longer things up my butt

Hi, I am very new to the site, I have been experimenting with toys for a while and is able to take pretty wide things (in my own humble opinion) but I wish to be able to take much longer stuff in my butt to get the feeling of being full but it seem to just stop after 25 cm and while it does not hurt I am scared to keep pushing or pounding in case I damage something in there, I use plenty of lube allways. So I guess my question is if I am doing something wrong, what position is the best to get deep in there. Cheers. All the best.

Well, at that length you’re likely hitting that first bend in your colon. I’m looking to get into depth play, so I’ve researched this some, and you’re definitely going to want the proper toy and a good bit of patience for this endeavor.

Squarepeg Toys has a really great little primer on depth play (and a toy or two for it that I’m eyeing) and is a good place to start with research on how to round that bend.

Jojo, you mention taking “pretty wide things”, but you are having trouble getting past 25 cm in depth. Unfortunately you do not say how wide “pretty wide” is.

(Your profile says you are male. I am also male. There seem to be only a few of us men in this forum who enjoy the fantastic wonders of deep and wide anal self-play.)

My own experience has been that width must be reduced with depth.

For width I can take up to about 10 cm … but only to a depth of about 20 cm.
Or 8 cm width to a depth of about 24 cm
Or 6 cm width to a depth of about 30 cm,
etc.
My maximum depth is about 60 cm but at a width of only about 4 cm, and a lot of patience.
(Measurements approximate and differ somewhat from week to week.)

In my own experience, I had to work up to this – and I continue to expand both width and depth with regular practice.

For me, this really does take regular practice. If for some reason I stop practicing for a couple months, it may take me a month or so to get back to my previous capacity.

The last couple of months has been a period of reduced activity. When I recently restarted, I had to take it slower and be more careful, for a while. If I suddenly “jump back on the biggest toys” and expect to continue at the width/depth where I had been a couple months ago, I am disappointed (and a little sore).

Another aspect is the flexibility and “squishy-ness” of the toy’s material. For me, that makes a huge difference. The high quality manufacturers of silicone toys typically have each model available in different levels of squishy-ness. The softer levels of silicone may fit in places you did not think a toy would fit. My body just seems to naturally envelope the softer toys. However, the soft (squishy) material can be harder to “push” in – more wiggling to get it in may be required – but it may go in farther than the harder materials because the softer material can make it around corners more easily.

I hope my experiences offer some perspective that is helpful to you.

Yes very much so thanks for the pointers, my widest toy is circa 6cm wide and I don’t think I can take any more than 8 right now. But my fokus lies on the depth right now I really like to be able to swollow at least 45cm with my ass so I am looking for something like a slink with a very narrow top hoping it will guide the path.

Jojo, I can highly recommend the Slink series.

I like mine (the largest) a lot, though that last bump can be a challenge because I almost run out of available depth to put it.

One thing I should mention is that they are only made in their “super soft” silicone. That really helps with the depth penetration (it slips around corners extremely easily), but for the longer Slinks, the softness can make the initial insertion difficult and frustrating – on the longer ones it wants to everything except go in, thus it is harder to use unless one has help from a partner to control it during initial entry.

But you are probably thinking of the “Medium” which is (per their Specifications)
Height 42cm • Circ 19cm • (thus Diameter about 6.05 cm)
I say “about” because at least on the larger Slinks, the base is slightly oval, not exactly round, thus the circumference to diameter calculation is not exactly the same – but close enough.

It should always be remembered that with increased depth comes increased risk of serious injury. Go slow and don’t do any thing that hurts – but past a certain depth, there is limited sensation, so injury could occur without immediately being aware of it.

Have FUN

(Slowly converting 30 centimeters to inches)….

I was proud of taking 5 1/4 inches long (13.3 cm)… you guys are on a different level!

Sorry about the “cm” – it seems that so many members are outside the U.S. (I am in the U.S.), I have gotten into thinking of toys in terms of “cm”.

It’s not so much on a “different level” as having had a lot of practice – for me more than 40 years of anal toy-receiving “practice”.

What is perhaps more significant … From my understanding of what you have posted – I think I have read all your posts, since I have read every post on this site – I think you are far ahead of my trajectory in terms of your speed of “development” and your capacity.

In the U.S. there is currently a TV advertisement that is on at least during the Winter Olympics [I am watching the new sport of “skimo” at this very moment] where a famous skier’s voice is talking about the process of reaching Olympic-level skill. Basically, she says you just keep going up – there is no top – you just keep striving to be better and better and better… And when you reach a top (not the top), you just decide to “rise” further. Same thing in anal toy use (to the extent that it brings one pleasure).

Speaking of Olympics, maybe “anal toying” could someday be a new Olympic sport? Now that would be interesting! If I could not make the team, I would help by watching.

lol, now I’m trying to think about what events would be in an anal Olympics. Depth play and width play for sure. Maybe gymnastics where you have to keep a plug in for the whole thing?
