One thing you could do is just rub yoir anus for quite some time with a finger a bunch of lube. Go slowly, focusing on the sensation. While doing it, try to just barely insert the finger, but all of it yet. After a while, try going in with the finger and go in and out, trying to stretch the anus. After that, try with two fingers, then 3, then 4… if you have on hand, then you could try to slide in a butt plug…
It’s a bit of a chore, but it will relax you enough. Just remember to breath slowly and focus on sensation and don’t rush it.

It takes time. Half a dozen times is a good start. You’re still training your sphincter muscle. The important thing is you enjoy anal. I have pain and discomfort if I don’t stretch out first. I really like glass plugs, and because they’re so smooth, they slide in easily with next to nothing for lube, but when lubed up thoroughly, they go in very easily. So I use a small plug to open me up, a medium plug slathered in a lot of lube to really open me up and help me relax (and lube me up) and depending on how relaxed or aroused I’m feeling, plug almost the size of his penis thoroughly lubed, slide that in and out a couple times, and then let him lubed up. Then it doesn’t hurt at all.
Or if I’m horny as hell and just need it now, I’m probably aroused and relaxed enough to just use my glass dildo covered in line for a minute then let him in.
Either way, I’m warming up first and I’m definitely stimulating my clit if needed to ease the entry.

Something else you can try is this: With a finger inside of you (use plenty of lube and plenty of time to slide it in), breathe slowly abd deeply. When breathing in, tighten your hole slightly, and relax on the out breath.
Keep doing this for a while, abd notice if your nether hole becomes more relaxed, abd if the act of relaxing it becomes easier!

You could have placed a penny or a ruler besides it to see its scale. But from what @LindyMc said, it looks huge.
If they are sized like njoy sizes theirs, the stainless steel one could be rather small.
